Bod and Efrain, the proprietors of Art Home Company, replaced glass on a piece of artwork that was damaged in transit in the space of about 15 minutes, and did so cheerfully and with no fuss and drama. Naturally, they were the “go-to” guys for my next real project, which was framing a native Hawaiian work executed on either tree bark or something similar. We quickly sourced a dark wooden frame that echoed the geometric motif in the piece, but couldn’t figure out an appropriate mounting material and color. They researched different options and came up with a proposal that was perfect, resulting in a museum-quality piece.
